FLANGE ADAPTOR

        This kind flange adaptor is delicated for ductile iron pipe, it has 5 - 10 mm adjusting space between socket and flange plate. It can be used in the large bending radius pipeline because it is allowed to have +/-3° deviation when connecting the pipeline.

1. The product use the latest mechanical coupling technology for connecting a variety of diameter pipes. The connect range can be from DN80 to DN2000. The customer's special requirements also can be designed and produced.

3. The flange adaptor is well suitable for the installation of the falnge pipeline, one end connecting the flange plate, the other end connecting spigot socket pipe. Install easily and remove conveniently.

4. With its wide tolerance span and ±3° angular deflection on each side (total ±6)° the range is a very flexible coupling system used for the assembly of pipes of almost any kind of pipe material and for repair of old piping systems.

5. Drinking water approved EPDM gasket with moulded ribs absorbs minor imperfections in the pipe.

6. WRAS approved row EPOXY powder to ensure products suitable for drinking water supply pipeline.
